Need some great gift ideas for the holidays or birthdays or anytime, really? Here are some great Book and Toy Gift Ideas that promote literacy and fun all at the same time!
I love giving books as gifts. I love receiving books as gifts. Books make awesome gifts. Each year at Christmas, I give each of my kids something they want, something they need, something they can wear, and something to read! I think it’s an awesome way to keep the focus of Christmas from becoming all about what they will get, and we can concentrate more on giving to others!
But some kids would be disappointed to only receive a book, so this year for my nieces and nephews, I will be pairing a book and a small toy. I think it’s the perfect balance… I get to promote literacy, and they will have a toy that relates to the book they received! Win, win!
Here are a few book and toy gift ideas to get you started!
